I've come to believe they make their Honey Sriracha sauce fresh every day, because it's never exactly the same each time I order it, and that's not a bad thing in my opinion. Sometimes I get extra on the side to use on other things besides their 10pc Wings. It's become one of my favorite condiments. "Got an 8 cut Hand Tossed Pizza (12" (8 Cut)) They never disappoints with their pizzas. Always tastes good and are the perfect balance of dough-y and crispy. "Despite being back home for over 20 years, I think this is the first time I've ordered from Route 40 Diner, but it won't be the last. I was hungry for pot roast and mashed potatoes. Believe it or not, not everyone gets pot roast right, but theirs was very good - had just a nice amount of fat. But while I was scrolling thru the menu, the Thursday Special of Cabbage Rolls (Halupki) caught my attention. I figured I could have that for lunch Friday, and I did. The Halupki was just like Mommy used to make - only I spent no time wrapping & tucking little meat & rice balls in boiled cabbage to earn this meal.
