I usually order their fajitas with combo chicken/steak because it’s a hassle to make them myself. But the last time I ordered them, they were just okay. But tonight, they were absolutely terrible!
The steak was tough and chewy, and the chicken tasted like it was leftover. There was an odd odor and flavor that didn’t match the typical taste of fajitas. I tried to make a couple of fajitas, but it was impossible to eat them.
To make matters worse, I always use half of my order at a time, so now I have another half that will end up in the trash. I also ordered an extra side of guacamole and sour cream and there only about a teaspoon of each. The tortilla of chips tasted like cardboard, and the salsa was not very pleasant.
The Charro beans were watery and tasted like canned beans. The rice was dry and bland, and I couldn’t quite place the flavor. I ordered a kids’ burrito meal, it was supposed to have a meat choice, but it didn’t have a choice offer. I ordered it anyway, thinking a cheese and bean burrito would be okay and chose refried beans and guacamole.
But the refried beans were just as bad as the rest of the meal. The burrito was dry and barely chewable, and there was no queso covering it.
I guess it’s time for me to cut Hacienda off of my restaurant listings.

Rolled tacos ( Pollo / Chicken and Barbacoa) were dry, corn tortillas were hard, ends were overdone and the meat inside the ends was burnt. Portion sizes were okay, my husband's Asada Torta was very large, he described it as "good, not great."
Rice and beans were good, flavorful.
I will probably not be ordering from here again."

The packaging was great although the plastic didn't keep it super warm so make sure to eat it right away!
I can't wait to go inside and have a sit down meal as the interior was decorated beautifully and very spacious.
The Quesabirria was very flavorful and had a ton of toppings. The Consume was large and delicious. The Small Chips & 8z Salsa was larger than I expected and plenty of salsa - so I will have more for later! The salsa is a great consistency - not too chunky and not too runny. Very weird to have a burrito that is supposed to be chicken be filled with mostly frozen mixed vegetables, specifically crinkle cut carrots, broccoli, and cauliflower.
