Have some damn pride in what you're doing as a business; I live on the 2900 block of Frankford, and this place is on the 2500 block of Frankford and my food still arrived cold and soggy!
They placed the fries in a cardboard box with no ventilation so all it does is steam itself and drip moisture back onto the fries creating a soggy mess.
The Steak is generic and basic with barely any cheese or onions. D- grade Steak considering we live in Philly where we have world-class shops like Angelo's, Del Rossi's, Bob's, Woodrow's, etc. are, and we get some super chopped up generic steak you get when you're somewhere in the sticks of Kentucky where they advertise "Philly Cheesesteak."
This place is close to Fiore's who has a very premium cheesesteak for a similar price and you get your money's worth. This diet Cheesesteak should be half the price it is.
My wife can never eat an entire steak at Fiore's, yet she finished this entire jawn and ate some of my soggy fries.

Ordered a "Bounce Back" smoothie, the image advertised vibrant red smoothie, but received a dark green smoothie instead. Ordered a hash brown and even that was burnt. "I was really looking forward to ordering from Kismet as I've heard so many good things but was ultimately really disappointed... enough to write a review. As a barista, I was annoyed that the matcha was not properly mixed/incorporated, so I was drinking entire clumps . The latkes were really small, cold, and hard (our delivery did not take that long and was not far) and had a strong stale/old oil flavor. The bagel was also stale and not toasted as requested (which I think would have fixed the staleness a lot lol). I do hope maybe it was just a bad/busy morning, but I can't say I'll be back since there are places that are more consistent for what I'm paying. The iced coffee was good though."
