"Pats has a good local reputation. Not sure if it's a bad night tonight. Paid 12.95 for eight overcooked chicken tenders. The 14" pizza was over baked to almost make it inedible. And the portion size of the filet on the chicken sandwich appeared to be half sized. I've eaten here before with no issues, so I'm surprised. This is why I'm giving them three stars, hoping that it's just a bad day in the kitchen. "

I always get the Snack Bowl Combo, and this is enough to fill me completely. It is always fresh, and it keeps me coming back again and again. That is not what this review is truly about. My most recent order had a pleasant surprise: a hand written note attached to a box of Pocky apologizing for being out of the drink I wanted.
