"This is literally my FAVORITE Mexican food restaurant! The Pollo Con Pollo Con Queso is my go to EVERY TIME and EVERY TIME it slaps hard (in the best way possible!). The flavors pop so magnificently with the jalapeño cream cheese and seasoned shredded chicken. I even got my best friend addicted to that meal as well, and my Hispanic boyfriend steals bites of mine every time we order. He told me tonight that next time, he's getting the Pollo Con Queso too haha. What can I say? It's absolutely delicious! My boyfriend also enjoys the mini chimichangas (his usual go-to pick at Ajo's). They include chips and salsa which is always a huge plus as well. I truly look forward to this meal every time we can afford it. Honestly such a treat! "The absolute smallest portion of steak I have even seen on a plate of fajitas. For $24 per order (we got 2) we couldn't even get 2 fajitas per container. In addition to the lacking of meat, it also lacked flavor. Veggies were fresh but that's about all this order had in its favor. "The Birria Ramen was massive and full of birria, which for the price was incredible. Super flavourful (and was perfect to dip Tostitos in, yum). Also ordered birria Taco Birria and taco carne Taco Asada, also really tasty. The only complaint is that it says it comes with a pot of consommé but it came with spicy salsa instead.
Overall the price was insanely good (my husband guesstimated $60 as a lowest price point for 2 ramens and 2 tacos, it was only $40!), the food was tasty and we were able to pick it up within 15 minutes.
