"I absolutely love this banana pudding. The portion is just right, the texture is perfect. I like a pudding type of custard, not a whipped mouse. This recipe nails it. And although I like the taste of fresh bananas (vs. artificial banana flavor, which this does not use) I really appreciate that the bananas are blended into the pudding and not visibly in the midst. Not to mention, there's a delicious amount of wafers! This pudding has had me (and the bun in my oven) in a chokehold for over a week. Must try, must enjoy!!!
