I only ordered hoping that the rating would be a different story, but no. This chipotle deserves less than zero stars. My burrito was actually freezing. Not just cold, but like it was chilled in the freezer and then given to the driver and delivered to me. The tacos' MEAT WAS NOT EVEN CUT UP?????? It was ONE HUGE CHUNK in each taco 1) taking up the entire taco so toppings could hardly be added and 2) so the toppings that were added weren't even IN the shell, just slammed on top, creating a disgusting mess upon trying to open the foil. What is even more fun is how all three taco shells had been split right down the middle :) The side of queso that is like $5 was put into the smallest side container and was not the actual serving size ORDERED. I am FURIOUS. Me and my children waited almost an hour for arrival and to have to throw our entire $60 worth of food into the trash and have our time wasted while visiting Pigeon Forge is just... The only issue is because of the way I ordered I couldn't get a true feel for the flavor of the sauce, but that's not really a problem for me. It's only an issue for the sauce lovers reading the reviews lol! You can ask for extra sauce though if you are an extra saucey person. The veggies were fresh and I enjoyed the way they sliced the veggies vs dicing them. Nothing was over-powering. Everything was balanced. That seems to be a challenge for most pizza joints when it comes to banana peppers especially but this place was mindful of that and for me, they added the perfect amount. About every 3 bites I got a banana pepper. I would order again for sure. Maybe not everytime I want pizza but often enough to where I would put this place on my normal rotation."

"This is the first Chick-fil-A that I've reached out to that actually has a direct line to the restaurant to speak with management. I had a little request for my Dasher and was told different than what was said and done. The staff and management were beyond polite, helpful, and understanding. Their food is always very flavorful, fresh, and hot when I receive it. Did I mention their chicken noodle soup bowl is so amazing! When I come to visit on my yearly trips, I will be ordering directly from them again. It's very rare that you find restaurant workers who actually enjoy their job and helping their customers, and I am grateful for that. "

"It's a good salad overall. The lettuce was fresh and there is a lot of it. Do not expect a lot of everything else however. There really isn't a lot of chicken, corn, or egg for sure. There is a decent amount of bacon bits. The dressing is good. So, overall, good salad, just not extremely filling in my opinion. "
