"Naturally, I always read reviews... especially on behalf of Dashed Chipotle.... and having the most recent review address how cold the food AND MEAT were and then my entire order be the most disgusting and disrespectful thing I have ever ordered is INSANE. I only ordered hoping that the rating would be a different story, but no. This chipotle deserves less than zero stars. My burrito was actually freezing. Not just cold, but like it was chilled in the freezer and then given to the driver and delivered to me. The tacos' MEAT WAS NOT EVEN CUT UP?????? It was ONE HUGE CHUNK in each taco 1) taking up the entire taco so toppings could hardly be added and 2) so the toppings that were added weren't even IN the shell, just slammed on top, creating a disgusting mess upon trying to open the foil. What is even more fun is how all three taco shells had been split right down the middle :) The side of queso that is like $5 was put into the smallest side container and was not the actual serving size ORDERED. I am FURIOUS. Me and my children waited almost an hour for arrival and to have to throw our entire $60 worth of food into the trash and have our time wasted while visiting Pigeon Forge is just... "I ordered a half cheese and half pepper, onion, pepperoni, and mushroom pizza, but the half of my pizza with toppings was not fully covered. I would say only 4-4.5 pieces had the toppings (this pizza is sliced in squares), so really only about 1/4th of the pizza had the toppings. The entire pizza was almost completely missing sauce, and I ordered a Coke Zero, but my dasher called to let me know they had Pepsi products, so I said ok, Diet Pepsi, but they didn't have that either. So in all we were missing about half of our toppings, probably 85% of the sauce, and no drink at all. Side note, not really a complaint, but they only have the mini bags of Ken's Dressings."
