"First time doing DoorDash from Hanabi Sushi in Martinez. Ive eaten there for years - my neighborhood sushi place. Dasher was excellent, communicated well and on time. I had the Chef's Tataki (Seared) Tuna Salad, Gyoza and Miso Soup. Everything was excellent - generous portions, extremely fresh fish on the salad (including tuna, shrimp and even one long piece of crab leg). Abundance of ginger, which I love. Went perfectly with a nice glass of rose. "

"deff recommend, everything was great and great quality and portions for the prices esp the Tempura since most places are pretty stingy but this place filled a whole to go box just wasnt a fan of the Deep-fried CA Roll just because of how fried it was, the rice is pretty much all fried which kinda makes the consistency a little off (the avocado looks black but green on the inside that's probably just from being fried) but everything else is amazing!"

"Love this place. Today the rolls were poorly made - very tasty, as always, but a little sloppy, a two rolls were missing an ingredient. I'm hoping it means a new chef is in training so they can continue to offer their usually perfect food to more customers. On the plus side, the Agedashi Tofu has evolved in the past year for the better. It's a tricky dish to have delivered but the restaurant has cracked a code. It arrives in perfect shape! "
