Not exactly carved from a slow-cooked roast. The horseradish mayo was liquidy and almost like water as it was dripping from the sandwich and made the bun mushy. Didn’t have horseradish taste to it. The reason it is getting 2 stars is because the Sante Fe that I ordered is supposed to come with basmati rice... it didn't, so it was a significantly less filling meal than I had been counting on. that's a pretty big part of it missing.
