"I recently had too experiences with Diner Neptune. I visited in person the other day and had a great experience with the food and service. Based on that, I decided to order for delivery. Unfortunately, my delivery order was quite disappointing compared to my in-person visit. It seemed that the care put into packing the order was lacking. It had excellent flavor and the cheese wasn't overpowering. Overall, based on my delivery experience, I would rate it a 2 out of 5 stars.
