"I’ve loved Potbelly for years in KY, NC, and FL, so I know how good they can be. But the new South Florida location has gone downhill fast. Prices have gone up, portions have shrunk, and the quality just isn’t there anymore. My usual order—Italian sub, bowl chicken pot pie soup,(which you know it's never a bowls worth more like a cup when measured) and a shake—keeps getting worse. The subs barely have any meat, the lettuce is cheap shredded iceberg, and if you go later in the day the bread is stale. The shakes were the last straw: my banana pudding shake had no Nilla wafers and tasted like powdered banana mix, and my husband’s strawberry was basically vanilla with a little purée. I used to rave about Potbelly, but lately it’s been nothing but disappointing."
