"I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but my recent visit to Charleys Cheesesteaks was extremely disappointing.
I ordered the large Old School Cheesesteak and a large Bacon & Cheese Fries, and the portions were nowhere near what you would expect for a “large.” The cheesesteak looked closer to a small, and the fries were the same way. For the price paid, the value simply wasn’t there.
Unfortunately, the taste didn’t make up for it either. I’ve honestly had prepackaged Philly cheesesteaks from 7-Eleven that tasted better, which is surprising considering this restaurant specializes in cheesesteaks.
Between the portion size, quality, and price, the entire experience felt like a waste of money. I’m leaving this review in hopes that management reviews portion standards and quality control, because this did not match the expectations of ordering a “large.”
