"Horrible experience yet again. The order took forever. Once it arrived everything was cold. The pizza I ordered wasn't even delivered. The $17 steak, there was hardly any steak in the box, it was also cold. I ordered extra fries like I always do, and there were a miniscule amount of what we normally receive. The Side of Fries were also cold. The cheesecake was crammed into a too small box and the strawberry sauce was missing. The French Onion soup was so cold that the cheese was hard. This was supposed to be our dinner and we couldn't even eat it. I contacted DoorDash customer service and received the worst customer service I've ever had in my life from a rep named Sarah. I will NEVER order from this restaurant again. And I will NEVER use DoorDash again. After tip I paid $83 for this order and was given a $15 refund. Not even enough to cover the missing pizza.
