"I have eaten Ramen at almost every restaurant in Ventura County and by far this one is my favorite. The broth of the spicy tonkotsu ramen is rich and can tell that it was made with love and time. I think I have ordered this exact dish at least 15 times now in person and through DoorDash. I appreciate their attention to packaging for DoorDash. The broth comes separate from the soup ingredients so your meal does not get soggy until you are ready to eat it. I do wish there were levels of spicy like in a Thai restaurant, but it is a good level of spicy without it being overpowering to the dish. I also really enjoy many other dishes from this place, the dumplings, the Thai tea, and the mango smoothie are also amongst my favorites. Additionally, I’ve repeatedly requested a specific spice level, and more often than not, it’s either far too mild or unexpectedly spicy — completely inconsistent with what I asked for. It’s disappointing when a dish arrives and it’s not prepared to your preference, especially when you’ve made it clear. I really hope the restaurant takes this feedback to heart and brings back the quality and attention to detail that once made it a favorite. "
