"I’m writing to express my disappointment with my recent orders from your restaurant. Unfortunately, the quality and service were far below expectations. This is actually the third time I’ve ordered from you, and each time my experience has been worse. You often change my order without informing me, the prices are high, and the portions are very small. I recently ordered beef shawarma, but the meat was of very poor quality, and I honestly couldn’t tell what kind of meat it was. I also ordered mandi, and the rice was cold and in such a small portion that it looked like it was made for birds. I’m very disappointed, especially since I had hoped things would improve. I truly hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving your food quality and service."
