The Pork Chashu Bun was packaged in the bag on its side, so it had completely fallen apart; the meat portion in it was generous, but it was fairly dry and unflavorful. The Hawaii BBQ Beef was decently cooked, but barely had flavor, so if I had not happened to order a side of Hawaiian bbq sauce it would have been really bland (and for $1, they only gave a half ramikan). The Hawaii Original Katsu was overcooked, and didn't come with any dipping sauce---and even though I ordered no rice, it came sitting in a container on top of rice. "This restaurant used to be the highest quality around. Over the past year things have changed drastically. The ridiculously late orders for pickup and delivery , and the chaotic dining in experience service wise, were always made up for by the quality of the food. No longer. Now you pay astronomical prices for all of the lack above. The fish in my last three orders (two pickup and one delivery) has been discolored and even with a slight smell. At the gas station sushi this is expected . Not for these prices . A huge disappointment . Not to mention if you order delivery, good luck getting it. The driver sits around waiting for the order for at least a half an hour over the estimated time without fail. Often is forced to leave and then you wait another extra amount of time . The place is surviving on old momentum and reputation and doing absolutely nothing to improve or even maintain its quality - except for continuing to raise prices . "

"First and foremost, I want to give a shout out to Ilana(I hope I spelled it right) for calling me to tell me there was an extra cost for all flat pieced wings. Most places won't call and just give you what you did not request. Thankfully, she mad sure I had more flat than drum ratio. That's OUTSTANDING customer service in my book. I ordered the wings with lemon pepper flavor and dusse sauce on the side. It was magnificent; prefectly cooked and seasoned. I also ordered the oxtail, jerk chicken and seafood empanadas...and maaaannn.. I'm IN LOVE!... prefectly cooked and well stuffed!...and last but not least, I ordered the surf and turf burger, and, again, Magnificent! Even though there's no option as to how you want it cooked, it was PERFECT!...Nice grill flavor, the bacon was not over cooked and meaty, the lobster portion was just right and cooked perfectly..dope sauce is dope!"
