"the Irish Irish Benedict is my favourite by far, a nice comforting twist on a classic dish. I'm a big fan of corned beef hash especially being raised by my Irish grandmother, and this just really hits the spot. it's so much food it can easily last at least two meals. I tried the Carnitas Eggs Benedict for the first time and was NOT disappointed. They called them "mini" pancakes but there's nothing mini about them! sooo huge and filling, and the flavour combinations are just incredible. It may sound like a weird mix but let me tell you it's worth a try. Can't quite describe it but it's magical."
