And it costs 50% more than far better places. It's like they dumped some food services of america-grade terikyaki sauce on boiled chicken. The soba noodles were thin and over cooked. The vegetables bland. It's a ghost restaurant out of a commisary, so I'm not shocked, but very disappointed. Boo. "

The birria in the #14 - Burrito Bowl was mostly gelatinous beef fat (see picture of pile of fat removed from entree). This fat tainted the flavor of the entire dish. The #9 - 2 Birria Quesatacos utilized this same fatty birria. The #8 - 2 Quesadillas Fritas had lots of salady topping, but practically no filling. "BobaCat has become my favorite in PDX primarily for their Blackberry Fresh Milk: a satisfying, simple, fresh, and easy-to-stomach treat when I need calories & chronic illness kills my appetite . With no ice & less sugar, it tastes like a healthier homemade ice cream. I'll admit I didnt expect to become a milk addict at 26 (r/neverbrokeabone would be proud...) but it's just SO GOOD. The price is a little steep considering that I've been consuming an average of 2/day (judge me all you want, I'm very happy with this milk) and could probably make it from home for much less $$, but it's easier to stock up via BobaCat as things are now. I should also mention that the iced matcha, Jasmine Milk Tea, and peach iced tea with honey popping boba are all amazing as well. "Even setting aside the fact that they got my order wrong (I paid extra for added pearls and they didn't include any), the drink itself just isn't that good. The taro flavor is barely there at all, and the custard is sort of bland, too. There are much better options nearby (ones with greater variety in their menus, too), so there's really no reason to go here."

"Wow. I feel so spoiled. It wasn't that long ago that I could only find bubble tea in the Bay Area... now I can have it delivered to my house?! T4 never disappoints, and this location especially exceeded my expectations. I got the Strawberry Lemonade Smoothie with large pearls and rainbow jelly, talk about delicious. They really don't skimp on the add-ons, so much chewy deliciousness! My bf got the Strawberry Milkshake which I requested be made with soymilk, and it was, and it was equally delicious! We also shared the French Fries and Curly Fries which were super crispy and still hot when they arrived!! I will be a regular customer for sure...and may even go in person sometime soon haha. I'd give it 10 stars if I could. "

"The Taro Sparkle is very vibrant with flavor and is strongly Taro. It's very sweet so I personally didn't like it much, but my partner enjoyed it. If you've never had Taro it's like earthy fruity vanilla with some natural sweetness. The LA-LISA was delicious, perfectly sweet, with just the right level of that nice tea bitterness. The Tapioca balls are really delicious and chewy and for a dollar they give a really nice amount. Make sure to stir pretty often or the ice and liquid separate (I like stirring it cuz it adds to the bubble tea drinking experience) Their lids are a lil hard to open but still really cool because they're anti-leaking!"
