"The SALMON KAMA BENTO is delicious! A bit too well-done, but collars are hard to get the right temp on. The only thing I would suggest is the restaurant adding a side of ponzu for the kama. Miso Soup was okay. I added a bit of salt. Wish there was more umami and if they added silken tofu it'd be a lot better. Chicken Kara-age Bento this was good!
