"The Jalfrezi Bowl with fish is one of my favorites. The description doesn't do the dish justice.
It is not "sour" gravy. It is a complex sauce that is hard to describe like the flavor of tamarind or a glass of wine. The waitress at The Mango Tree in the Spokane Valley described the Jalfrezi sauce to me, inspired me to try it and the rest is happy, delicious history.
Be bold and try it. You won't regret it.

"For those not well aquired to spice the chiken curry does have a slight kick to it, but the flavor and texture make this honestly the best curry I have had ever.
