"I paid to pick up a drink at wrong branch thru this app. They still charged me. The drink i had ordered wasn't on the menu at this location. I ordered and paid $8 for a new drink, pistachio latte, was in a rush and didn't realize there's no espresso in that until i tasted it. They would not add espresso unless i paid again. I explained i want to transition to local coffee shops and I would become a regular but I already essentially paid $16 for one drink. They kinda laughed and said they couldn't change the menu -- even though all the lattes with espresso were cheaper."

While DoorDash said the estimated delivery time was 27 minutes, in actuality it took almost an hour for the food to arrive. And the DoorDash app never updated with the accurate delivery estimated time! I called the store twice and all they said was that the food was out for delivery. Never EVER will I order from this business again! I literally placed a separate order with another restaurant because I had no confidence that this order would ever arrive. They really need to work on their business practices or otherwise get off the app. "
