"The food was good. Better than it normally is. The pickup experience did not go ideally. When I arrived, there was already a customer waiting to be sat. After 5 minutes of not being helped or even acknowledged, that customer decided to leave. I didn't have the option to just leave since I had already paid when I ordered on the app. Once someone finally came over and I got the food it was fine, but the customer service needs improvement."

"14. Eggplant Lo Mein was very savory, with the chicken & the beef being cooked to perfection. The eggplant brought a nice, refreshing texture to the rest of the meal. The sauce wasn't overly sweet, and quite light. The noodles had a nice chew, and weren't soggy. As for the 17. Orange Flavored Chicken or Beef , I'd also give it high marks. The battery was lightly crisped on the outside, while being very fluffy & light. The chicken inside was tender, and the pieces weren't too small. The sauce itself was sweet, but not sickly sweet. Overall, one of the better orange chicken meals I've had. The 2. Egg Rolls (2) were a nice addition to the meal. They were crispy, and the taste was fresh. Nice & hot on the inside. The meal was packaged well, and arrived on time. 5/5"

"We eat at the office a fair bit, and it's one of our favorite restaurants in Prescott. we were happy to find out that Doordash delivers from there, and gave it a try. The food was just as good, and they take care of the dishes just like you were in the restaurant. That was also great to find out, as some restaurants don't handle delivery as well as they do their in-restaurant patrons. Wings were solid, club sandwich was great, and their sliders were as good as always. The casa salads were great too. We were very satisfied with the order all around."
