Yes our order was last minute (you could have declined the order and let it go through to Kew Store that's open until midnight), but that doesn't mean you smash the order together with no care. Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki was cut very badly and roll was absolutely smashed up on top, the roll was fully open on both sides, and was wrapped super tightly- so my sweet onion sauce was mostly all over the packet and barely on the sandwich, which also caused the roll to be quite soggy. My partner's Chicken Classic also seemed roughly thrown together, had next to no onion or sauce, and had way too much lettuce for his liking. It had quite thick cucumber slices too, but that might just be our preferences.
