Those wings were so unique and delicious! I smelled the Hennessy as soon as I opened the container; and it gave the wings an awesome flavor! The collard greens were my litmus test. Boy, I was so pleasantly surprised. So many restaurants fail with the greens. But not Savory Souls Kitchen! That 'potlikka' broth was so rich and flavorful. OMGoodness, I wish I'd ordered 2 servings! The peppered turkey had absolutely no pepper taste and was extremely tough...I'm talking so tough that the turkey wouldnt even cut without a knife and wouldn't even tear apart with our hands or teeth. Ive never tasted worse turkey. Everything tasted just like it was doused in a plain tomato sauce, no depth of flavor or spice. For our $70 bill, we feel like this is a huge rip-off.
