"We have been here lots of times. Usually the food and service is reliable. We have met the owner on several occasions. This is the 2nd time we have doordashed from Zesty's. I thought the first time was just an accident but this place has changed.. no napkins or gloves with our order twice now! Our boils used to be quality but now are just sad. We used to get so much for our money. The boil this time was overcooked. Not enough butter/seasoning (there's always plenty when we have eaten there in the past.) It's just unfortunate and it should be better. I don't know what has changed. I did call and report to management as were disappointed. She was kind. But still sucks.Hope things go back! "First time trying Del Taco. They followed my order customizations. The churros were excellent. I was bummed that they don't offer a beyond meat option as I saw on google maps but maybe that option has been discontinued. Everything tasted great. I was surprised a large guacamole only filled up half the tiny container it came in. Skimpy portion. I should have ordered small guac because I bet it works out to be exactly the same 2 oz size. Lame. On to the good! The price is good. Everything tasted great. First experience with Del Taco and it's similar to Taco Bell but everything tasted much fresher! If Del Taco was in Tacoma instead of Federal Way I'd go there all the time. I'm not much of a fast food person but I was able to find a healthy option. I could tell the food was high quality and it didn't have that fake taste like mcdonald's, it reminded me of something i would get at a sit down restaurant.
