That being said the way the drinks where delivered was not correct or safe I thought it was a requirement to deliver the drinks delivered in a sealed bag I have no idea who is delivering the drinks so it makes me feel uncomfortable when I just find the drinks out in the open on my front door and not sealed in a tamper evident bag. I hope the owners read this review and take my advice that might actually be a requirement and i know the extra packaging sucks for more than one reason. Still the best place to get coffee from the quality of drinks to the environment they foster in their store."

Last time I ordered, my rice and beans was missing, and my horchata was missing. Plus, the container of guacamole I paid extra for was only half filled and browning. The cheese on the taquitos is just thrown on every single time, and doesn't even melt on the taquitos evenly whatsoever. It's actually comical sometimes how messily it's thrown together. Also, even when they remember to include my rice and beans, it's thrown on top of everything, super messy. Just like the cheese. And all the missing items. The attention to detail is just not there. I used to be a fan but I probably will not be ordering here again. And the taquitos are the only affordable item on the menu. The rest is horribly overpriced. A side of plain tortilla chips is $5?
