"Getting fresh cookies or slices of bread has been consistently a 50/50 shot at this store (Laguna Niguel/Aliso Viejo). I order in the mornings too so it's not like it's been out all day and 4pm. When I get the bad cookie/bread it's dry, crumbles and cracks. Everything else is always consistently good though! Love the the Everything Plant-Based Sandwich and their coffee and teas are always awesome. I wish they'd stir the dirty chais when adding almond milk. "The Brochacho Burrito was really good! Paired with the green salsa it was a hit! I opted for no eggs as my preference. The only reason I would rate it lower is because of the size of the burrito, its not as big as other places."

"I love 3rd place coffee and regularly go there. That being said the way the drinks where delivered was not correct or safe I thought it was a requirement to deliver the drinks delivered in a sealed bag I have no idea who is delivering the drinks so it makes me feel uncomfortable when I just find the drinks out in the open on my front door and not sealed in a tamper evident bag. I hope the owners read this review and take my advice that might actually be a requirement and i know the extra packaging sucks for more than one reason. Still the best place to get coffee from the quality of drinks to the environment they foster in their store."

"Tiramisu latte is incredible. All the lattes are great but that one especially. Unlike some other coffee shops that will go unnamed, the consistency at this place is flawless. There is no inept "B team" that forgets to put sugar in your drink if you order on the wrong day. If you make modifications to the recipe they always fulfill them. Also, croffles are an ingenious innovation and I'm immensely gratified for having been introduced to them. Chocolate croissant is incredible, it actually tastes freshly prepared, very flaky unlike said other coffee shops' chocolate croissants. The croffle sandwiches are surprisingly good as well. I never review restaurants but I felt obligated to after like 20 orders all going perfect. I know not screwing up your order is the bare minimum, but other coffee places have like a 30% failure rate. All around 5/5. My only critique is I wish they had a larger size for drinks, like 20 oz. or something."
