The CUmin hand ripped noodle are just as amazing. Had a chewy but tender texture. Don't know how they did it, but such a balance with the seasoned lamb on top. I got some chill oil to drizzle extra on top. I am in Spice heaven. In addition the chop sticks and the bag the food was presented in was so top notch and a wonderful touch and presentation. The restaurant has put thought into how their food is packaged and presented. I am blown away. This is now one of my favorite places to order from.
