It comes split in half unfortunately I wasn't able to enjoy the second half because they threw pickles in the box and they got under the second half the sandwich covering it in nasty pickle juice. Had I known it came with pickles, I would've requested no pickles. My advice to most restaurants is if you're going to put pickles in, put them in a sauce container,prevents soggy bread/sides. "

It had slight graininess to it but not as bad as other gluten free dessert breads. Boulegle was interesting. I cut it half and made a sandwich, it was a bit much still so i gave it another slice and it was decent enough. Again if you don't have to be gluten free you may not enjoy it as much, but for someone with gluten intolerance they may find this to be a wonderous place to try (based on my experiences of trying gluten free stuff with gluten intolerant friends)"
