"Very disappointed with the quality of this restaurant. First, I want to clarify that this has nothing to do with the DoorDash driver. The delivery was fine. My issue is entirely with the restaurant. I ordered two sancocho de gallina, which is supposed to be a traditional Colombian soup with hen, potatoes, corn, plantain, and a rich broth. What I received looked nothing like the pictures they advertise. Instead, they sent a small container mostly full of cooked plantain with broth and almost no meat or proper ingredients. It was absolutely not a real sancocho. The packaging was also very poor, and the portion was extremely disappointing for the price. What they show in the photos online is completely different from what they actually send. To make matters worse, when I called and spoke with the manager, the response was very unprofessional. I was told that because I chose delivery instead of picking up the order, DoorDash should handle the complaint. That makes no sense because DoorDash did not cook the food — the restaurant did. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened. The same issue occurred last week, where the food delivered was nothing like what was advertised or what I paid for. Overall, very unsatisfied with the quality, presentation, and customer service. I would not recommend this place."

"We had a chicken burrito and a 3 taco set. The burrito was a little smaller than expected, maybe 4 x 3. It was tasty, but a little disappointing being so small for almost 12 dollars. I was surprised the rice beans and plantains were all in my tacos but it still tasted good. Everything had lots of flavor but the tacos needed just a little salt. We will be ordering again. "

"I love their carne asada Mexican Bowl (o) The meat can sometimes be a little chewy but I mean what do you expect for a $12 bowl really.. They definitely give you a decent portion for the price compared to Chipotle and many other Mexican places that charge like 17 to $19 plus tax and tip and barely give u any rice or meat etc plus other places charge extra for guac while this place includes it, so I definitely stick to this restaurant over any other Mexican place!"
