The Verdict: I knew from the "bubbles" on the crust that I was in for a treat. True to their name, this is a real Italian pizza. The dough was buttery and perfectly soft; the sauce was flavorful without being overpowering; and the cheese-to-toppings ratio was spot on. It almost melts in your mouth while devouring it. (7/8) The Philly sub, however, was unremarkable. While true-to-photo (hat-tip for that), I wanted the cheese, mushrooms, peppers, and onions to be better integrated into the dish so that the outcome was eating one cohesive dish rather than distinct ingredients separately. (4/8) Overall Rating: 6.5/8 If you're doing the math, yes, the pizza is that good and definitely Cajun-sized."

My shake was also quite melted. Don't make your drinks before the food is cooked. Frosto isn't what it used to be and this wasn't worth $27."
