The tortilla was completely soggy and tearing apart from the bottom, making it impossible to eat without everything falling out. The rice was undercooked and crunchy in multiple bites, while the meat was cold and tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. The burrito was also poorly portioned—mostly rice with barely any of the ingredients I paid extra for. Overall, it was messy, inconsistent, and not up to the quality I expect from Chipotle. I couldn’t finish it and would like a refund for this order."
