It's familiar and consistent, the atmosphere is friendly and cozy esp for a chain, the value is good if you order from the deals (ultimate trio is an 11/10 smash for value alone, 2 for $25 is also very good). I can't say I feel the same about regular pricing but the variety of options within a given deal is usually good enough. This delivery was excellent. Packaged with care doesn't cover it---everything was present, correct, appetizing in appearance, delicious. I don't ever reorder mistakes but this was for a sweet 16 birthday (don't judge, he picked lol). Birthday kid was thrilled."

"This is the best sushi I've ever had in my life. It has layers of flavors that it takes quite a long time, eating slowly to taste to taste. I've never had anything like this and I've eaten a lot of sushi. All I used was the pickled ginger. The flavors were so complex (it had the best thinly sliced jalapeños on top that were delicious but spicier than Mexican jalapeños so I moved them to the side and used them sparingly because I felt they were overpowering the amazing sauce called "chefs special sauce which took me quite a while to identify tomato and garlic in this delightful sauce. The lobster salad was abundant and rich, the tempura shrimp were also delicious and easily found with even some small pieces of shrimp every now and then. This is a very rich, layered, incredibly flavorful sushi made with the best, expensive seafood land the sweetness from small sections of fresh mango balanced the delightful acidity of the tomatoes in the sauce while also balancing the spiciest of the jalapeños. Kudos to the wonderful sushi chef who made this. Oh, and my strawberry bubble tea... the best tasting strawberry beverage I've ever had. This entire meal was incredible! It's ruined me for all other sushi, lol!"

"I just ordered for the first time using a buy 1 get 1 deal. I chose to pick it up myself. I ordered a OO: Chicken Bulgogi Bowl Combo which was listed as $13.00. However, the app forces you to pick a soft drink adding $4.50 & a soup for an additional fee. In the end, you are paying $22 for the combo deal, which isn't bad, but buyer beware. When I went to pick up my order, I was told that the deal was for the food only, not the drink. So, they gave me 1 drink for two food combos. I had just arrived from a 4 hour drive, so I didn't have the energy to argue.
Just know that you won't get two drinks even though it's a combo. Overall, there was plenty of food and it tasted fine. The bowl isn't really a bowl, it's more of a platter with compartments. You get chicken, rice, 3 dumplings, kimchi and something that looks like it might be pickled radish. You also get two sauces in addition to a cup of soup. So, I left annoyed, but the food made up for it."

Mind you, these sides are 71 cents apart on their menu, although they said it would be $2.00 on past orders. This charge comes through as an extra $2.22 for some reason, and on this particular order they added $4.45 to my order. I had a three hour meeting to attend and could not call the restaurant right away, so Door Dash support refunded me the difference."
