"This is the best sushi I've ever had in my life. It has layers of flavors that it takes quite a long time, eating slowly to taste to taste. I've never had anything like this and I've eaten a lot of sushi. All I used was the pickled ginger. The flavors were so complex (it had the best thinly sliced jalapeños on top that were delicious but spicier than Mexican jalapeños so I moved them to the side and used them sparingly because I felt they were overpowering the amazing sauce called "chefs special sauce which took me quite a while to identify tomato and garlic in this delightful sauce. The lobster salad was abundant and rich, the tempura shrimp were also delicious and easily found with even some small pieces of shrimp every now and then.
