"I ordered the French Dip, cup of chili, chips, tomato/cucumber salad, chicken King club, potato soup, macadamia nut/vanilla cookie, carrot cake & a butter pecan cheesecake (not all for me!) The chili & chips were missing from my order, so I called McAlisters & the mgr told me I could get refunded thru Doordash or I could come get it. I opted to go get it. They had it ready for me when I got there. I do want to say that it was not a terrible inconvenience for me to go get what I was missing (Im only 10 min away), & the fact that they WILL make it right if you call & tell them. He even added an extra cheesecake, which I didnt complain about bc it was delicious!!!! The cookie was fresh, as some taste stale & store bought. Not this. I could tell the cookies are made same day. I give McAlisters a 5 star rating, even though 2 items were missing. Oh & the chili was well worth the drive to get instead of a refund from doordash that would take days to receive.
