Based on the prices this isnt supposed to be your corner italian joint with heavy italian subs and carby pre-highschool athletics pasta. It should be authentic, classy, and unique. Gregorios has potential, but not promise. Maybe someday a restaurant in northern VA will hit the lottery by producing high quality, made with love italian cuisine.
