It the only thing I would order again. 5 stars Platano Frito Grande - large order of maduros (sweet plaintains) that melted the styrofoam container as shown in the pictures. "This is not great logo saltado. It was $18, but there was no flavor, medium quality meat and the fries were not cooked with the meat. The fries were clearly from a stand alone fry cooker. It's a pretty simple fix and traditional to cook the potatoes with the meat so that they absorb the flavor (not that there was any to absorb). The soy sauce base was not present. It just tasted like cheap oil thrown together with the meat. The onions weren't cooked well enough, which would have helped the dish have flavor. I don't believe a Peruvian made this dish, it is the simplest dish. "
