The brisket was thick cut, tender, and delicious. I've lived on this side of town for 5+ years and have yet to find this quality off of Bellaire. As for the pho broth, it was a little too pungent for me. The first sip gave off strong flavors of star anise & cinnamon. I like more of a clean broth that's more umami. There's a fine line between pho & herbal soup. This broth passed the line for my preferences. Overall this is a quality place that could use a few tweaks."
