"I have been ordering from here fairly consistently for a year because there are basically no restaurants in the area that could measure up for takeout. I wouldn't be leaving this review if the issues I'm experiencing were just one occurance, as i can write off a busy night etc. I've also received very overcooked Seasoned Fries more than a couple times. I wont be giving up just yet, but now I think instead of trusting that I get it, I'll be hoping for the same quality that made my BIL thank me profusely for bringing him here, I think he would have kissed the chef given the chance. "Legendary Honey BBQ Chicken SuperMelt has almost no chicken on it now, got 2 this week with 3 tiny chicken fingers, and I mean fingers as in child fingers they were that small, cut in half, with most of the chicken only on 1 piece of bread. the mashed potatoes were nasty and tastes like instant mash potatoes. The waffle fries were cold and soggy and tasted like they weren't cooked all the way. Not to mention the portions are so damn small for it to be this expensive and not tasty! I love comming here cause the woman who owns it is so nice, but either her team is letting her down by serving this bad of food or she's turning a blind eye."

"Food was hot, Delivered fast, Sodas were ice cold filled to the top! But as always they still seem to disappoint. do you know what it's like to eat Arby's roast beef without a single Arby's sauce ? I asked for like 15 packets for our sandwiches and didn't even receive a single type of sauce. They also didn't give any napkins so eating fast food with grease on everything I touch. My brisket sandwich was tiny it looked like a kids meal. The brisket was dry and just didn't taste good at all too salty. so i never got to finish my meal just ate the fries and made something to eat at home.Wish I knew I would've stuck with the original roast beef and cheddar. Maybe I'll give them a try one more time. but definitely won't be trying anything other than there roast beef sandwiches. I've ordered many different things from there and it's always hit or miss. Can I trust them to make a decent fish sandwich or even a burger ? I'll stick with the old tried and true beef and cheddar with Arby's sauce."
