We arrived 10 minutes after our pickup window, and we waited another 40 minutes for our order to actually be ready. When we finally got it, we went home & opened it to see that we were missing large quantities of food. Half of our wings and parts of our sides (10 piece corn cob was 6, etc). The employee that was at the registers was actively ignoring customers and pretending not to notice us or any other customer. She was joking around with other workers and not acknowledging the people in the store. Overall a very bad experience. We went back to ask about missing food and by the time we got to eat it was very evident that all of the food was bland, dry, (other than the tenders which were coated in grease) and not made the way it usually is. Avoid this location."

"I got the Hot & Sour Soup which was very good, could have been spicier but very good nonetheless . Also had the Egg Roll (1pc) which was delicous with a nice amount of filling, nice thin wrapper (not spring roll but wonton) crispy and fresh.
But here's the reason i will order again and again - the crispy noodles that come free with the soup. OMG they were the real deal!! Had to be made in house, un uniform in shape and thickness, fried to light perfection, so crispy so not old.
