"I don't know what is wrong with this store but they refuse to get orders right for some reason. Even if you pick up in person. It's always little things too. We order burgers without ketchup, they won't put the ketchup on but they also don't put lettuce and tomato on. They are the worst about drinks though, I order a cherry coke with out ice and ask for it to be made dirty. I have ordered it this way several times and I have yet to receive it that way. They also gave us short straws for the rt44 drink which will fall into the cup if you push them down to the bottom. So ev though the food tasted good, I'm rating them as a two star because they always get something wrong."

"The pot roast is always tender and delicious. It used to automatically come with mashed potatoes and carrots but now only includes carrots. The problem is that they are usually sparce with the carrots, which I love, so I order a side of carrots to make up for it. You get 2 sides with this dish. I choose mashed potatoes and greens. That makes 3 sides, which I pay extra for.
Also, their vegetable servings are not full adult portions. When ordering delivery, the cups they use for sides have plenty of room for full servings, but we have been getting about 1/2 servings.
There is nowhere on their online site to make requests or comments.
I have been ordering through Doordash at least once a week (sometimes twice a week) for 3 months due to having a rough case of the flu, and the veg-portion sizes are consistently small. All of the vegetable dishes are delicious, and plus now they have returned to their great, old-fashioned biscuits. Would rate 5-stars except for the smaller sides servings."

"First, let me start by saying that I was so excited to try this place! Fresh sourdough, housemade ingredients, 5 star rating, etc.
What a disappointment. It's never my goal to leave reviews without considering the people who it might affect - but in this case - my heart is with the potential future customers.
The meat on the French Dip was SO unbelievably salty! Like, beyond just "personal" preference - it was inedible! And believe me, I tried! (Read on if you'd like to know how.)
The beef was also incredibly rare. While this may be more of a personal preference concern, I really think CPR could've brought it back to life!
As someone who doesn't back down from a challenge - I decided to remove the meat and cook it longer! In hopes of: remedying the rareness, and cooking out some of that salt bath it must've had!
This helped - but only a little. Ultimately it's left for you to decide if all of the above was worth it or not.
Also of note: the gluten-free brownie is pre-packaged. This could be a selling point or non-selling point depending on your preference, but for nearly $5 I was hoping for a homemade treat.
Would I try this place again? Possibly after more honest reviews come in and I can trust that they've eased up on the salt!"

"I ordered 3 items today. First was the'Delilah' matcha, and it tasted delicious. However, it didn't come as described on the menu.It was supposed to have cold foam.That along with the cup clearly not being filled up fully likely because of the missing foam on top, was disappointing.Second,The eggstrata was Extremely dry. I couldn't eat it. I wouldn't order this again.Third, the scone I ordered was not available even though it was still on the menu. I wasn't even notified after they saw it wasn't available, and they decided to just put a random GLUTEN FREE muffin in the bag. They wrote "sorry about the scone" on the muffin bag, which was nice, but I wasn't notified in order for me to pick something I wanted of the same value. and I was still charged. I don't like how it tastes, so I would've rather have a refund. but that choice was taken from me.I wouldn't order that again either. The only thing I'd give a 2nd chance is the Matcha drink. "The Full Salad Pairing Greek salad was probably the best I've had in Chattanooga! Every ingredient was top tier. The potato salad was decent, but a little too much mayo and relish, plus it says it has egg but I didn't see or taste any.
The Big Crispy is really good, too. Better than the original stuff!"
"This pathetic meal cost me $38!! The tiny salad was $11.00. The steak was refrigerator cold. There wasn't any dressing on the salad or anywhere in the bag. I ordered extra peperoncini; I got maybe 6 slices. I paid for extra toasted pecans; mmm, stale not toasted. I ordered extra croutons; there were 5. I have NEVER received a salad soooo small.
Then the $17 soup with a side. The bread that was with the soup was the biggest item. The soup (tomato &basil) was ok but not worth the money. Just pick up some Campbell's tomato bisque; it is better. The Mac and cheese was good but couldn't save the meal and my disappointment. Go anywhere else. "
