The Chicken Koobideh Kebob was spicy for some reason and the Beef Koobideh Kebob tasted more like hamburger and less like kabob. Also, any authentic place or one that cares about informing their staff would put more than one packet of sumac in the bag when any kind of koobideh is involved.
