I think it's because they don't drown everything in sauce and just kinda drizzle it on there. that may not be for everyone but in my case I think that's what made it so good. it's a bit expensive but it's a pretty large portion. pretty much two meals. had half yesterday and half today. another thing that made it so good was that it felt like a real meal that someone made. didn't feel or taste processed or unnatural. just a really nice, wholesome, hearty meal. There was no tofu in the pad med mamuang to be found and the rice it came with was not fully cooked. Unfortunate since the addition of tofu costs $3. Prices here are expensive and the dishes are regretfully under seasoned. There are much better options that are cheaper in the area so I can't recommend this restaurant. We likely will not be giving them another chance in the near future and I would recommend trying a different restaurant if you're craving good Thai food."
