"I'm pretty picky about my pho, so if I think it's good, it is ;) First thing I noticed were the extra mushrooms I added on were huge! <3 I also added on extra meat, and there was plenty of that. Added tofu as well, and it was a good size serving too. Being I was 15 min away, it wasn't boiling hot when I got it, though still pretty good, so I can imagine how it would be fresh dining in. Only complaint was I asked for no cilantro, but I think they just pre make the veggie cups for the soup (good thing I'm not allergic!)
