Their menu items are always consistent in taste and presentation, not to mention you can taste how clean everything is (i.e. some places, you bite into the meat and get hit with a funky smell, or you taste something else that shouldn't be in the dish; but never here!). Portion size is excellent, if not generous, and whenever there are any issues with the order that wasn't even their fault to begin with (e.g. delivery) they always make it right for the customers one way or another. I love too that their drinks aren't overly sweet like similar other restaurants. And many of the dishes are well balanced.
