"We ordered Guacamole Dip thinking it came with chips, we were wrong. We only received the Guacamole Dip with one side of chips so i guess you have to pay for the chips separately. Which we did, thinking we would get the free chips with the guacamole dip, and then the extra that we paid for, and didn't receive. Also the fried pickles look different, don't know if it was seasoned different they were very pale looking. Wings were fine other than the ranch throwed in the box leaking on top of the curly fries which were also thrown into the box on top of the wings."

"Firehouse didn't send what was ordered. I ordered 2 BOWLS of potato soup loaded and received 2 CUPS. when I called they were rude on the phone stating it was the door dashers fault. I tried to explain that the door dasher didn't make or pack up the food ordered they did. they were still very rude and no help They also refused to correct THEIR mistakes"

"Its all over priced. The amount of food we got did not reflect what we paid. On top of that, this was the most bland Chinese food I have ever had. There weren't any veggies in my Kids Lomein choice (chicken Beef Shrimp Pork) even though in the description it says with carrots and sprouts. I've never had hot and Hot & Sour Soup (small) with nothing but tofu. There wasn't bamboo or sprouts, nothing but broth, a little egg white and cubes of tofu. The Triple Mongolian was BLAND and a very small portion. My husband and I always both get soups and apps and split an entree and we were disappointed with the size. The owner is beyond rude. She was rude to us 2 years ago so we stopped going and lo and behold it was the same tonight. I called to clarify shrimp for my daughters lo mein and said shrimp 3 times while she yelled what meat at me but wouldnt stop talking to hear me. Ignored my husband at pick up to deal with a door dash delivery guy and scolded him for not adding soy sauce on the site so she could charge us a $1 for it. $2 a tiny bag for Crispy Noodle. Save yourself the hassle and go get Chinese from China Max at the mall like we usually do."
