"This is the worse Mongolian beef ive had. Everything was dry, veggies dry, meat dry, rice dry and they added fluff (see picture) at the bottom of the dish to make it look fuller. Ive had this speficic dish at two other locations here in peroria and this is the first time I'm seeing anything like this."
