Portuguese Egg Tart was dumped out of the plastic upside down, which I find gross and careless but again, meh. But both coffee buns I ordered were totally crushed, topping crumbling everywhere. Worst of all, the morning bread is just a pack of plain rolls??? That's not at all what the menu description says. It's supposed to be connected rolls sliced in half with cream and jam. For example, I wanted two whole wheat everything and two egg everything bagels, but there was no way to specify that. Also, they were out of my two French toast bagels and replaced them with rainbow bagels without checking with me first. I think the store should call to confirm substitutions instead of making automatic changes. It would also help to have a notes or instructions section for bulk orders to avoid confusion. The store has this section off."
