"My pictures are bad because they do not show how big a large bag chips and the 32 oz of salsa really are. The Pollo Borras / Borras Chicken is already dished out on a plate because I couldn't wait to start eating it. I like to get extra salsa because the chef for Don Augustin makes the best of any restaurant I have ever been to in and out of North Carolina - so I decided to get the biggest container they have and use it in everything I make at home over the weekend . I got the large size chips because well...chips and salsa make a great lunch! The bag of chips is huge! I had to use a 2 gallon Zip Lock bag to store them. That's a big zip lock bag! There are enough chips for a party and they were delivered warm as if they had just been fried! The chicken was of course delicious and freshly cooked. I would give 10 stars to Don Augustin. Thanks so much for the delicious dinner tonight and lunches this weekend! As Shwazenegger said I'LL BE BACK! "

"I ordered two combo meals and didn’t receive any fries with either one. On DoorDash, there isn’t even an option to select fries as the side, so there was no way for me to fix it before ordering. When I called the store, the manager was extremely rude, wouldn’t listen to my concern, and clearly just wanted to get me off the phone. They didn’t try to fix my order, offer a replacement, or even apologize. I also ordered butterfly shrimp but they substituted it with jumbo shrimp without telling me — and I only received three jumbo shrimp in the whole box. I paid all this money and got hardly any food. Overall, this was very unprofessional and poorly handled. I won’t be ordering from this location again unless the customer service and order accuracy improve."
